Natalie and Raul told me they didn’t know how they met- they just became friends at first, and that’s when Natalie started to crush HARD. After talking with friends and praying, they decided to get to know each other more and go for it! She told me she fell hard for the wonderful, kind, musical, and godly man. Their relationship grew quickly, and that’s when Raul decided to propose- dad Natalie’s dad happily gave his blessing, and Raul planned the sweetest proposal ever…

When Natalie was in an interview, he set up a blanket on a cliff overlooking Ithaca ( their college town). He sang a song in Spanish and prayed with her, and that when Natalie realized what was about to happen. ( it gets better)HE WROTE A SONG FOR HER. Let me say that again.. HE WROTE A FULL SONG FOR NATALIE. He played his original song on the guitar and sang and after got down on one knee. After saying yes, all of their family and friends popped out of the bushes screaming in excitement.

We met at a waterfall right outside of the small town of Hocking Hills, New York ( which has SO MANY waterfalls sooo it was hard to choose). This location, these people, my heart was filled with joy this entire shoot. Right after we left the waterfall, I rushed back to my tiny cabin Airbnb to edit these photos.
