Over my years I’ve traveled to 8 countries and numerous states, and let me tell you this gal LOVES her clothes.. so I have picked up a few tips on packing for trips. For example, this summer when I went on my journey for three weeks and only had a backpack and small carry on. Therefore, I was forced to learn how to pack. SOOO without further ado, i introduce to you my best tips for packing on any trip.
My grandpa taught me this little trick from his army days and let me tell you it works magic. Rolling your clothes saves you a TON of space I usually roll all my T-shirts and Pants, and then lay my thicker sweaters and shirts on top.
Trust me on this one you do not need six different pair of jeans, pack 2-3 (I usually do one dark and one light) and no one will know the difference.. plus more room for your clothes
A major KEY as Dj Khalid would say!! I personally have a hardshell suitcase, and then it has the four rollers on the bottom of it which I love, and it’s a whole New World from my old bag that had only 2.
If you are flying to your destination layer the heck up!! This is an excellent tip because if you run out of room in your suitcase, you can always wear a tank top and then a shirt over that, and then a sweater… I could go on, but I still do this anyway because planes are so flipping cold
